A DYING SOLDIER'S LAST WORDS:
"Tell my wife that I love her, and please, take care of my kids."
As of June 2005, 30 Maryland soldiers have been killed on active duty in Afghanistan and Iraq, and approximately 40 Maryland soldiers have been permanently disabled.
Mount Calvary Southern Espicopal Church (Anglican) would like to honor these last words and has organized a fundraiser to provide college educations at the University of Maryland for each of their children, however, we need your help.
Our goal for 2005 is $500,000.00. Even though this effort will continue until ALL of our soldiers are home, with our great faith in the Blessed Trinity, we will achieve this goal by the year's end.
